Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Calls to Booking ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Calls to Booking provides an automated missed call recovery service that sends SMS messages to individuals who have placed inbound calls to your business phone number. The Service captures lead information and facilitates appointment booking.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business communication with individuals who have called your registered business number. You must not:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not called your number
  • Use the Service in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable law
  • Misrepresent your business identity in automated messages
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service

4. Billing and Payments

The Service requires a one-time setup fee of $500 and a monthly subscription of $375. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

6. SMS Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with TCPA and all applicable regulations. You acknowledge that SMS messages are sent only in response to inbound calls to your registered Twilio number. You must honor all STOP opt-out requests, which are processed automatically by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calls to Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the SMS platform, or engage in fraudulent activity, without refund.
